Before and After Care
What would we suggest before and after being exposed to the RAYD8® REGEN technology? Take a look at our recommendations below...

Hydration
We would recommend you drink at least 16 oz of water (preferably spring/mineral) at least 1 hour prior to a RAYD8® REGEN Immersive session. Water aids with irrigation and flushing out toxins from your body. It also holds memory and when water is in your system, it can collect the subtle codes and energy fields of the RAYD8® REGEN technology to assist in enhancing your body a great deal further.
We also recommend taking small sips of water while experiencing your session so that you can receive the benefits of water purification, irrigation and memory combined together with the rejuvenation of RAYD8® REGEN.


Breathwork
Before your session, a RAYD8® REGEN staff member will instruct you with a deep cleansing breath practice. This breath practice is designed to align your body to breathe for the parasympathetic nervous system so that you move into a calm, relaxed and tranquil state. You will learn how to breathe with longer exhales to stimulate the vagus nerve and the dorsal vagal complex.
This is commonly referred to as Heart Rate Variability. With continual rhythmic breathing, your heart rate and pulse will become slower bringing your body into a more receptive and peaceful alignment. This aids in absorbing the rejuvenating energies of the RAYD8® REGEN technology so your body receive a deeper cleansing and a more powerful energetic charge.
Sea Salt Baths
After having a RAYD8® REGEN immersive session, even if for just one hour, we recommend having a cleansing sea salt bath. We don't have any particular strict ingredients for your sea salt bath, thought it is recommended to use sea salt and not Epsom salts (magnesium sulfate) or granulated/processed salt.
Sea Salt baths are the most beneficial for cleaning out toxins from the skin. A good soak in a sea salt bath will do wonders in helping to clear out unwanted debris from your body.
